讲座简介：Whether you expect to become a manager in the government, in business or in a non-governmental organization, future professional managers will need to learn how to manage conflict at the office, when working with stakeholders, and with citizens in general. Professor Kirk Emerson, from the University of Arizona, USA, will give an introductory talk on how to identify different kinds of social conflict and how to better work through conflict between multiple parties in complex contexts.

主讲人简介:

KirkEmerson，美国亚利桑那大学政府与公共政策学院教授、美国公共行政科学院院士。主要从事协同治理、机构间合作和冲突管理，特别是与气候变化、公共土地管理和边境安全相关的冲突管理等方面的研究与实践。Emerson教授还担任了Perspectives on Public Management and Governance杂志主编，已出版著作Collaborative Governance Regimes，并在J-PART，Conflict Resolution Quarterly等权威杂志上发表过多篇成果。
